Treat everyone with respect.
Any use of drugs or alcohol, including cannabis/marijuana or Kratom, is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate discharge.
Curfew: Sunday–Thursday 10:00 PM, Friday–Saturday 11:00 PM.
Check in with the manager before leaving the premises, when available.
Call the manager if you are going to miss curfew. Please don't call right at curfew — call with as much notice as possible.
Any violent act or threats are grounds for immediate discharge.
Possession of any weapon is prohibited.
Any sexual involvement between guests or staff is prohibited (married couples are exempt).
All prescribed medications are to be locked in your assigned locker. No sharing medication of any kind.
Guests must submit to 3 mandatory UAs weekly and are subject to random testing by management.
Refusal of a UA test is considered a positive test and can result in immediate discharge.
Mattress protectors must stay on mattresses at all times.
Beds are to be made and rooms cleaned before leaving the room in the morning.
All guests agree to keep their room, bathroom, and the common areas of the house clean.
Attendance at group, meetings, and house meetings is mandatory.
Must be ready for group/meetings 5 minutes before the start/departure time.
Participation in daily and weekly chores is mandatory.
No food or drinks in bedrooms except for water. Eating is permitted in the dining room, kitchen, and outdoor patio only. No eating in the living room.
Any glamorizing of drug use or criminal activity is prohibited.
No gossiping to guests about other guests. If there is an issue, please speak to management.
Do not lend money to guests or loan out electronics. You may give items away with management approval.
Guests agree to work a 12-step program, obtain a sponsor, and attend an outside meeting at least 3 times a week.
Guests are strictly prohibited from entering the room of the opposite sex for any reason other than life-saving measures. This is grounds for immediate discharge.
Outside visitors must be approved by management before entering the premises.
Visitors are not allowed upstairs. They are only allowed in the common areas downstairs or in the backyard.
Visitors are required to leave the premises 1 hour before curfew.
No overnight guests.
Outside overnight stays are allowed on Friday and Saturday nights only and must be requested by filling out an overnight pass, approved no less than 24 hours in advance.
No shoes are allowed on furniture.
Clean up after yourself at all times.
Wash dishes as soon as you are done with them. No leaving dishes in the sink at any time.
Turn off lights and electronics/TVs when not in use.
No tattooing or piercing is allowed on yourself or other guests on the premises.
Zero tolerance for theft of any kind — if it's not yours, do not touch it.
All guests agree to random room and property searches, with or without the guest present.
Smoking is only permitted outside in the designated areas. No smoking is permitted in the front yard.
Guests who intentionally damage or destroy property belonging to other guests or Grace Refuge Recovery will be financially responsible for such damage.
Guests agree and are aware that they are under video and audio surveillance at all times in the common areas of the premises.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in disciplinary action, including extra meetings, extra chores, blackout periods, etc.
No guest is allowed in the front yard.
Guests must download the OneStep app and turn on location, set to “always.”
