Grace Refuge Recovery is a sober living residence and does not provide clinical treatment or medical services. As such, we are not a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). However, we voluntarily treat all health-related disclosures with the same spirit of confidentiality and discretion that HIPAA principles reflect.
We will not share your recovery or health-related information with family members, employers, referral sources, or any outside parties without your explicit, informed consent, except as required by law or to protect safety as described in Section 3 above.

Our Site and services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. Grace Refuge Recovery does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
