By accessing or using our website at gracerefugerecovery.com (the "Site") or engaging with our sober living program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective residents, family members, referral sources, and others who access or use our Site. Please read them carefully.
To use our Site and services, you must be at least 18 years of age. Our sober living program is designed exclusively for adults. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a minor or as a family member or referral source, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself.

Grace Refuge Recovery is a faith-based sober living residence, not a licensed medical or clinical treatment facility. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, clinical treatment recommendations, or a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Any information provided on this Site regarding recovery, substance use, or sober living is for general informational purposes only.

By submitting an intake application, you understand that Grace Refuge Recovery will use that information solely to evaluate your eligibility and communicate with you about our program.
Submitting a contact form, inquiry, or intake application does not guarantee acceptance into our program. Grace Refuge Recovery reserves the right to accept or decline any applicant at its sole discretion based on program fit, capacity, and eligibility criteria.
